This series of cables does not have a metal sheath layer and is applied in the product structure using inorganic mineral insulation, fire-resistant, and heat-insulating materials. The product has good insulation performance, is not easily affected by moisture, and has excellent fire-resistant performance. The cable installation is also convenient (similar to ordinary cable installation). Suitable for power supply circuits of fire protection systems, densely populated places such as large shopping malls, hospitals, subways, etc. that require high fire resistance performance.

1) According to national standards, the fire resistance test method for wires and cables is GB/T 19216.21-2003. The flame temperature is 950 ℃~1000 ℃, the combustion time is 180 minutes, and the circuit is kept intact.

2) According to the British BS6378 standard (cable outer diameter ≤ 20mm), the cable can meet the following requirements:

Pure fire resistance level C: 950 ℃ for 180 minutes; Fire resistant water grade W: 650 ℃ for 15min; Fire resistance and mechanical vibration level Z: 950 ℃ for 15 minutes.

3) According to the British BS8491 standard (cable outer diameter>20mm), the cable can meet the following requirementsThe fire resistance test shall be conducted at 850 ℃ for 120min, with mechanical shock every 10min. Water shall be sprayed every 5min at the end of the test, with water sprayed every 1min for 5s, and a total of 5 times (fire supply+mechanical shock+water spraying).

4) During combustion, the light transmittance shall not be less than 60%, the amount of halogen acid gas generated shall not exceed 5mg/g, the pH value of the escaped gas shall not be less than 4.3, and the conductivity shall not exceed 10 μ S/mm;
