Firstly, Hu Jianlin, Party Secretary and Professor of Electrical Engineering School of Chongqing University, made a speech, firstly introducing the establishment of the Wisdom Research Institute as an important initiative in response to the national dual-carbon strategy and the construction of new infrastructure systems. It aims to create a comprehensive platform that combines the display of innovations in the field of smart energy, integrated applications and technical exchanges. Relying on the institute's deep scientific and technological innovation heritage and technical reserves, combined with the strong market resources and practical experience of the design institute, the institute is promoting the deep integration and innovation of industrial applications in the planning, design, product development, intelligent operation and maintenance and consulting services in information construction systems, especially the planning, design, product development, intelligent operation and maintenance and consulting services for transformer grids, new energy sources and integrated energy systems, and is striving to achieve the high-quality development of the electrical discipline in the field of smart energy. Since its establishment, the Institute has always adhered to the dual-wheel drive strategy of ‘market demand orientation’ and ‘technology-driven development’. During the meeting, Prof Wang Yong introduced the transformation project of integration and maintenance of existing buildings and urban renewal, and the construction unit together with the depth of integration and transformation project.
