NANFANGZURAN retardant new energy breakthrough new technology photovoltaic aluminum alloy cable obtained national authoritative certification


On August 15th, the authoritative certification body in China, Zhongke Zhihui, officially recognized the achievement evaluation of Southern flame retardant new products. After three years of research and development, Southern Flame retardant has successfully developed a "photovoltaic power generation special aluminum alloy core power cable" with completely independent intellectual property rights. It has been appraised by the national authoritative institution Zhongke Zhihui Technology Achievement Evaluation Center, and its technical indicators have reached the leading level in China, marking a key breakthrough in the field of new energy transmission.

The aluminum alloy core power cable for new energy photovoltaic power generation launched this time adopts the independently developed "high-strength and heat-resistant aluminum alloy formula". Through special annealing process, the product innovatively introduces nano level flame retardant coating technology, which is 10% higher than the industry average level and reaches the leading technology level in China.

This technology breaks the monopoly of foreign countries on high-end photovoltaic cables. The flame retardant performance and lightweight design of this product are particularly suitable for the construction of large-scale photovoltaic bases in the western region, providing key material support for the construction of new power systems in China. As a national level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise, Southern Flame retardant Cable has been focusing on the research and development of special cables for 15 years, with nearly 100 national patents. Its products are applied in major projects such as Jiangbei Airport, Chongqing East Station, Xinsheng Port, and Hongyan Village Tunnel. This technological breakthrough once again demonstrates its innovative ability to "replace imports and fill gaps".

In the future, the company is jointly building a "New Energy Cable Joint Laboratory" with multiple universities. The next step will be to develop new cables suitable for wind power and continue to promote the innovation of new energy transmission in China.
